I would like to nominate Creative Mountain Games, if I can. I love their products ^^ The small keep map set in specific has been very useful to me.

Mongoose for their new version of Traveller. Classic Traveller style updated to with modern gaming mechanics without going overboard. Beautiful!

If WotC for 4e was eligible (came out a month past the cutoff) I would have agreed with that.

I'd like to nominate Dreamscarred Press. They may only publish niche products, but there products are works of excellence that top most wizards of the coast products.

Specifically, for these works:

Untapped Classes: Worldthought Medic - Now all-psionic games have a healing option. It is the healer that everyone who plays a cleric really wants the cleric to be like anyway.

The Mind Unveiled: Halo Knight - It's just a cool warrior class that has a psionic feel without using psionic powers.

Tome of Channeling - A really cool take on viewing magic from a different (non-vancian) angle.
