Paizo, and specifically classic monsters revisited and Hook Mountain Massacare.
World Works Games - some really nice terrain came out in the period.
The Auld Grump - Cathedrae Noctis comes to mind (and table).
I'd like to nominate Steve Jackson games, please, on account of their fantastic work with GURPS support.
But WotC only released 3.5 products in 2007, and they told us themselves that those were broken.
Seriously though, I don't think 4e is eligible until next year. Not that WotC didn't put out some nice products in 2007 or deserve a nomination anyway.
Maybe a list of companies that submitted to the Ennies would help to nominate from?
I see most of my favorites have been nominated ... what about Expeditious Retreat Press?
