another Paizo

Paizo, definitely. The general quality of Paizo's works are so above-the-bar as to make most publishers look silly by comparison -- including many of the materials from WotC. Call this another seconding for Paizo (though technically this is probably more like a ninthing than a seconding, at this point). I don't know if I can pick a single product: they're all top quality. If a specific example of Paizo works is necessary for eligibility purposes, I guess I'll go with the Rise of the Runelords Adventure Path. The AP started up in 2007, and I'm pretty sure Part 1: Burnt Offerings was published in September or October.

Speaking of WotC, I have to agree that the company simply isn't eligible on the strength of anything realted to 4th Edition.

But WotC only released 3.5 products in 2007, and they told us themselves that those were broken. :D

Seriously though, I don't think 4e is eligible until next year. Not that WotC didn't put out some nice products in 2007 or deserve a nomination anyway.

So long as a company put out product during the eligibility period, they are eligible to be nominated for Best Publisher, and Wizards of the Coast certainly qualifies!

Maybe a list of companies that submitted to the Ennies would help to nominate from?

I see most of my favorites have been nominated ... what about Expeditious Retreat Press?

Just reminder that a publisher needn't have submitted product for consideration to receive a fans' choice for best publisher nomination.

And you could always look over the list of nominees to get a starter list of publishers.
