Fatespinner

Absolutely correct, all. Fatespinner advancement is actually only 6/10.
So take the first eight levels of fatespinner, twelve of transmuter (or is it seven + thirteen?) Top level spells, two rerolls per day and variable DCs. Perfect!

Halfling, 18 dex, 16 cha, 12 Wis
Add wererat template (which should be +2 levels)
Add ghost template (which should also be +2 levels)
15 levels of cleric, 1 level contemplative
travel, luck, celerity domains
Improved Init feat

Items from DMG:
+6 dex item
+6 cha item
+6 wis item
+5 dex tome (already read)
+5 cha tome (already read)
scarab of protecion

Created items:
item of permanent descecrate

That gets you a Dex of 42 (+2 halfling, +6 wererat, +2 celerity, +11 items, +3 enhancements)
and a Cha of 31 (+4 ghost, +11 items)
Wis is 18, gets you 8th level spells

Initiative is +22 (+16 dex, +4 Improved Init, +2 celerity)

Spells:
Both 8ths are Greater Planar Ally
All 5 4ths are lesser planar Ally
All 3 6th are Geas
Rest are Summon Monster x spells.

Tactics
Start ethereal and 30ft up.
Use luck to re-roll init if you need it.
Magic jar the guy with the weakest will save (gonna be a fighter), DC is 15+Cha bonus = 25.
Use that body to cast spells
Geas 3 people to attack other people (no save on geas)
Start bringing in the 24 HD allys.

Trump card: If you die, tell your DM you'll get back up in 4 days and attack whoever's left. :)

If you can get DM approval, and think people will go the caster route, play as a Deep Gnome. You get Spell Resistance 11+Character Level. Take your favorite melee class into 10 Levels of Forsaker for Spell Resistance = to 11+17 +21=49

(Deep Gnomes have a +3 ECL)

With Spell Resistance 49, you will resist everything. Harm and Power Word Kill both allow you Spell Resistance. Of course, a deep gnome forsaker would get owned by a 20th level magically equipped melee type character, so only do this if everyone is going to play a caster.

By the way, if you haven't already fought the duel, tell us more about the conditions of the duel. (Time for buffing, no buffing allowed before fight, starting distance from one another, etc.)

And even if you have fought the duel, Iron Mark, tell us what everyone brought and who won!

New additions to this list! Masters of the Wild, Song & Silence, and Defenders of the Faith. Also, once the battle with everyone is done, whoever is the winner will be fighting a wizard now(or some type of spellcaster). Probably use the typical Time Stop, Fly, Meteor Swarm, but I'm not sure.
