24 - 4e style (closed)

I thought I read an errata or clarification somewhere that said, with a magic thrown weapon, you could hit all targets that require a burst/blast/multiple targets and don't need lots of daggers/javelins/etc.

It basically Captain-America style, bounces from enemy to enemy before reappearing in your hand. That, I imagine, is what Garrick was trying to do.

Let me see if I can find it.

Ah. Interesting. Though I would have to re-retcon. That would be like Captain America indeed...

I think the human in R16 is dead and prone and immobilized too as I successfully hit him and the zombie/tiefling.

yeah that phantom soldier will take some getting used to. thanks for letting me put him back in my pocket. will use it at someother point.

I found the bit about Magic weapons in a thread on Enworld about Customer service answers. And it is Captain America!

But please don't bother retconning anything. The effect is pretty much the same with either weapon. I only said dagger because I thought the temp HP would be useful. Attack/Damage roll-wise there's not much difference and I will happily go with either.

That thread is very useful so I give the url here and the bit about magic weapons after.

As follows
Q: Rogue area attack powers such as Blinding Barrage work with the crossbow, sling, or light thrown weapons. Sling and hand crossbow are "Load Free". Normal crossbow is not. p217 says "If a power allows you to hit multiple targets, the additional load time is accounted for in the power." This doesn't appear to apply to light throwing weapons. If shuriken or daggers are used with Blinding Barrage, are they limited by the requirement to use a minor action to draw each item, making Quick Draw a necessity to use these items with this type of power?
A: If you are using a Magic throwing weapon, it will hit all the targets and return to your hand (yeah Magic is that awesome). If you are using mundane throwing weapons, you will need one for each attack roll made and you will need three Quick draw feat to be able to draw and use them all.

Um...Nathan just did a bunch of stuff and I kind of had trouble following it with all of the sliding, opportunity attacks, and other stuff.

Since Mirage killed the human, I do get another misty step teleport, so I edited my old action into my teleport.

I'll put my action up after I figure out what Nathan did.

The rythm so far has been pretty crazy...

But it's time to go back work. No more updating the maps four time a day and completing almost an entire fight in two days!
