As the hafling as hit and was marked, I would have take the occasion to use Transposing Lounge: (Here the roll: 1d20+17=29, 2d8+12=18). As it would hit the Halfling, he would have ended in the only adjacent empty square I had, and the Warrior wouldn't have been able to charge me. DO you want to edit your post?

In the futur, I would likely use it at the first occasion to attack any none minion opponent marked.

Also, please not I have 14 temporary hit point, thanks to Improved Silver Shield Paragon class ability.

Can I discuss here my latest IC post? I have never tried such a complicated series of moves before so there may be amendments needed.

First move is a power from my boots - speed +1

My ordinary move consists of 2 minor actions and a standard action interposed by an action point action
- draw dagger (minor), attack (standard), attack (standard - action point), minor utility power (impossible to grab)

- PP power allows an extra move when I use an action point. I used that to move closer to the halfling

There may well be opportunity attacks at some point. If so AC is 33 + 2 during my first movement into position (boots) and then 33 + 2 (Defensive advantage) whilst adjacent to the 2 enemies. As I become invisible before moving away I don't know what possible effect that may have on OAs.

Repost from IC

Okay, there are a few problems here:

Since you can't cut corners (Moving from L34;M33L32), you need to move L34;L33;L32.

That provokes an attack of opportunity which is rather relevant because a hit would daze you and cut the turn short. But you used your boots (Like Dorothy, nice) which grants an addtional +2 to AC, which means the Golem needs a 19.

vs AC 35 (26 + 5 + 2 + 2) (1d20+16=23) miss.

All right, next problem is you did 2 sneak attack in 1 round. You can only do 1sneak attack per round unless you benefit from an exception. The only one I am aware of is the feat 'Slaying Action' which allows you to use sneak attack again in the same round if you spend an Action poin. AFAIK, you don't have that feat according to my archive. Did you modify your PC? Or do you have access to another exemption to the 1 sneak attack per round rule that I am not aware of?

Finally, there are too many actions :

Minor : Draw Dagger
Move : Use boot power (move to L32)
Standard : Sly Flourish
Standard : SLy Flourish, granted by AP
Minor : Impossible to catch
Move : Granted by Paragon path along with the AP

There is one minor too many.

There is nothing that says that the Move action granted by the Master Infiltrator PP can't be downgraded to a minor action so I suggest that Garrick use it to turn invisible but he'll have to stay at L32.

Velmont; Okay, noted for the lunge and temp HP; Post that IC because when I make the new status report, I just reread the last posts and apply what I see. If it ain't there, I am liable to forget about it.

But concerning the teleport : The Warrior still charged you; when my guys go, I deem it to be roughly simultaneous (main exception being flanking and other conditions, to be fair with you guys).

The main reason is precisely to avoid complicated retcon like this one. DMing this game is time consuming enough as it is!

That means that no matter in what order I chose to write my actions, this happens at the same time and therefore the square in F8 isn't available to teleport the Halfling. In fact, in this case no squares are available therefore the Halfing stays where he is.

Thanks for the response Mal.

I did know about the cutting corner so I was expecting an OA. I realised it would stop me but I posted the rest in the hope I managed to get past (phew!)

I had completely forgotten about the 1 sneak attack per round (slaps wrist) sorry about that.

I'm not 100% sure about the number of moves but it's no real matter. I'll just stay where I am, invisible.

Thanks again

Tell you what - that series of actions took aaaages to work out. I was starting to wish we were just poor 1sr level critturs!

By the way, I just did Nathan in the wizard character generetor, and I was unable to reproduce his stats. I Seb myself one point. Can you confirm it.

Basic stats:

Str(3): 13 + 1 (lvl11) = 14
Con(7): 15 + 3 (lvl4, 8, 11) = 18
Dex(0): 10 + 1 (lvl11) = 11
Int(9): 16 + 2 Human + 3 (lvl4, 8, 11) = 21
Wis(2): 12 + 1 (lvl11) = 13
Cha(0): 8 + 1 (lvl11) = 9

Total: 21 points, when I should have 22.

If I'm right, I'll raise his Wisdom by 1 (and that will affect his Will and some skills)

I'll edit Kern's post accordingly.

Ah, Ok. I see I didn't start with the optimal build, which should have been:

Starting Ability Scores
Str 13, Con 15, Dex 10, Int 16, Wis 13, Cha 8.

I must have been the level 12 Nathan based on the level 6.
