2nd ed kit books

Can somebody just list the kits from those books here? (by class please) I never got them but was hoping to use them for an upcoming gaming session for a player (I'm the DM). I went to all the gaming stores in an hour and a half radius yesterday and no one had them. I could order on line but it wouldn't arrive soon enough (by friday night). I don't know how many are in each book so I hope it's not a problem to do. Thanks in advance, redwing.
