Took me a couple to figure out what you meant. <g> Yes, it does state that the spell listings blurb. I hadn't been cross-referencing those -- two places is enough work for me right now. But I'll submit the errata in case no one else has.

Edited the list to include information up to spider climb.

Could I suggest a few corrections?

Random Action - you've got it down as "not replaced", but it was actually replaced by "Confusion, Lesser".

Greater Scrying is an old spell, it always existed in 3.0

Seeming is still on the Bard list, at Bard 5

Sleep is now additionally a *fully round action* to cast

Check on the casting time of sleep, and the duration of all the invisibility spells. I think you missed these.
