D&D 3E/3.5 3.0 --> 3.5 Pseudonatural template changes?

I have the 3.0 MotP but not he 3.5 version. Could someone please give me a quick rundown of the 3.5 pseudonatural template?

Compared to the MotP Pseudonatural template:

True Strike (same).
Electricity and Acid resistance (same, except that the level of resistance is 5/5/10/15 instead of 5/10/15/20).
DR (none; 5/magic; 5/magic; 10/magic).
SR: instead of HD X 2 (max 25) it's now 10 + HD (max 25).
Alternate form is the same.
CR: 4-11 HD: +1; 12+HD: +2

The rest is the same.
