D&D 3E/3.5 3.0/3.5 Undermountain

I am going to be running a Forgotten Realms game soon enough and it will be set in the city of Waterdeep. I know that Undermountain is the dungeon for the Waterdeep area. I'm wondering if there is an update to the new 3.0/3.5 rules. If so, can someone please point me in the right direstion. All help is appreciated.

I don't know of one online. I started my own infant 3.0 conversion on the first level (along with my own helmed horror, since the one in the MoF seems to be a "kewl-powerz-ized" version and not a good match for what was presented in RoU).

I quit halfway through the first level, convinced I wouldn't use half of it and that it would be easier to convert most of the encounters on the fly.
