Todd! Happy to see you're still around. How are you? How are Brandy and Bradley? And, er, to stay on topic: what do you think of that list of feats? I'm especially happy to see natural spell there and eschew material as a general feat. :p

Of course, it would be even better if I had time to game...

Not to sound like a whiner or anything, but no rage feats or wild feats? Oh well. I guess that still gives you a reason to plunk down for the splatbooks. :)

Natural Spell is a Wild feat more or less.
I like the list. Will Magical Affinity be a +2/+2 skill feat for Spellcraft and Knowledge(Arcana) do you think? Greater Weapon Focus...about time.
No energy substitution tho. And about time Widen was core. I was surprised when 3e came out that their was no MM feat for increasing area of effect.

A few of the new feats, with some comments:

Diehard
--Prereq: Toughness. Extra hp? Or extended death's door (-10hp) limit?

Eschew Materials
--Woohoo! General!

Magical Affinity
Self-Sufficient
--No ideas here...

Two-Weapon Defense
--Twin Sword Style from FRCS? (+2 armor bonus when dual-wielding...)

Greater Two-Weapon Fighting
Greater Weapon Focus
Greater Weapon Specialization
--Good to see these 3 made core.

TWF'ers have more options, allowing them to shine at what they do. They should be more balanced toward 2HF'ers now. Several more feats which seem to be made for a fighter, so they won't look so bland at high levels.

Most shocked about Greater Weapon Focus and Greater Weapon Specialization.

Some Fighter-only feats?
Specialization yes. Greater Weapon Focus should be available to anyone with Weapon Focus. There are probably BAB +X prerequisites for each.

Hmmm. wondering why Eschew Materials is no longer a metamagic feat...it made logical sense for it to be one, since Still Spell and Silent Spell are.

Well it wouldn't be a meta magic if it say it was active all the time and didn't increase the casting time for sorcerers.

The old way of doing it made it so that wizards used less components than sorcerers since they could just take in on in the preperation process with no worries, but to wing it off with spontaneous spellcasting was a little less convenient. I've a feeling this is an answer to the complaints of sorcerers having to material components.
