[3.5] Canceled my order.

Well I decided today that I just don't need the 3.5 books. Trusting the hype isn't worth it so I cancled my pre-order from walmart. I've decided the responsible thing to do is to wait for the books to come out and review them first hand before I even consider buying.

For now, I'll just learn the new rules through the SRD and incorporate what I like into my 3.0 campaigns.

Maybe I'll consider them again when the 2nd printings come out.

Just doing a little venting here.

If you're not totally confident in making the purchase it was probably the right thing to do. Eh, you can always buy them later if you want. You might have to wait a long time for a 2nd printing though.

I ended up cancelling mine as well. Real life has a habit of getting in the way of gaming. Besides, with me going back to school for a nursing degree (I'm only 35!), I kinda doubt I'll have much time to game, much less breathe.

TTank, just BE SURE you have some sort of cancellation number! We've been eharing stories on this site about people who canceled their Wal-mart orders, and getting the books anyway!
