The only thing listed under the heading of "celestial" is the celstial template. There are angels (astral deva (CR 14), planetar (CR 16), solar (CR 23)), archons (lantern (CR 2), hound (CR 4), trumpet (CR 14)), eladrins (bralani (CR 6), ghaele (CR 13)), and guardinals (avoral (CR 9), leonal (CR 12)), each under their own heading now. This makes the good guys mirror the bad guys, who were always separated as "demons" and "devils" instead of lumped together under "fiends."

i'm interested in the Bralani and the Avoral. Any more specifics on them?

Bralani's are like Ghaeles in many respects though they are weaker. Its alternate form is a whilrwind. In combat it uses a holy scimitar +1 or a +1 holy composite longbow. It has whirlwind blast as a (Su) ability 20 foot line, 3d6 damage (Reflex 16 half)

Avorals are in the original MM. They look quite similar in most major respects.

i lost my MM, what's a ghaele?

Basically an elf on steroids.

They got a ton of special abilities and spell-like abilities (including powerfu ones like Chain LIghtining/Prismatic spray).

They have a death gaze against evil creatues of 5 HD or less and can turn into an incorporeal globe that shoots light rays for 2d12 hp of damage.

Oh, and they cast spells as 14th level clerics.

Only real weakness appears to be their low HD (10)
