J JLXC First Post Aug 3, 2003 #21 Well technically Shadowy Illumination such as that created by Darkness, is the same as a Candle (which produces shadowy illumination) so if they could see it by close candlelight, I see no reason they couldn't see that stuff in the new "Darkness".
