I was looking through my new DMG yesterday in my living room, just flipping through an looking at all the pretty new organization. My mom called me from the kitchen, I looked up and *pow* ... it killed me.

Wow, I'm impressed with how you continue to post here despite your "dead" status. That's some serious dedication. Seems like Eric should give you some kind of award or something.

Bah! What's the signifficance of "dead status" when your mom is a 45th level epic cleric?

Mynd you, moose bites Kan be pretti nasti... :D
No, really! She was poking the moose with a sharp stick when it turned around and bit her!

What's all the fuss about the books being heavy? Don't tell me that you've all been weakened by years of sitting around a table for the better part of your life, the most strenuous actvity being getting up to get a slice of pizza.............wait a second.......

You don't know sharp until you've seen a jet of water tear a dead rat in clean half, and then watch your co-workers become VERRRY nervous because said jet of water is coming out of the end of a stick you are holding....

If the books are that dangerous, then notify WotC. If they respond with offers to keep you silent, you can rest assured that they need to change their pants...

I'm sure many of you are wondering why the sharpness weapon quality didn't make it into the DMG in 3E or 3.5. Well a friend of mine was a playtester for 3E, and one day he was at home with the book on the table, drinking some coffee. When he was clumsy and spilled coffee on his leg, he jumped up, knocked the book off into his lap, and....well....lets just say he's MUCH less of a man that he used to be. :(

So in horror of this incident and the first confirmed kill of 3E, the sharpness quality was removed from the books as too powerful.
