Hi all!
I have a half-orc in my campaign that really really wants to throw people. There was an article in dragon he tried to bludgeon me with to make house rules, but it seems the current 3.5 grapple rules make this easier. Here's what I propose ...
1. Make an opposed grapple check at -8 to pick someone up.
2. As a full round, throw the subject. Make a Strength check against a DC of 1pt per 10lbs of the character. For every 5 points you exceed the DC by, put the subject 5ft further away.
3. For every 10 ft away, subject takes 1d6 damage. For throwing into another subject, treat as bull rush and use your strength and their body.
How's this? Nitpick away ...
