D&D 3E/3.5 3.5e Invisibility & AoO

It seems that so many 3.5e rules have eluded from my brain cells today.

In 3.5e rule, does invisible condition prevent someone from provoking AoO? Or, does it just protect him with 50% miss-chance?

From what I remember, things like total concealment and invisibility prevent AoOs. Let me look that up on the SRD and see if I find anything to support it.

You can’t execute an attack of opportunity against an opponent with total concealment, even if you know what square or squares the opponent occupies.
