nowhere, unless you want unfounded rumor and speculation. If you do want unfounded rumor and speculation, we have loads of that. But Wizards has said next to nothing regarding the next edition assuming there will be one.

You're right. Because there is no way that Wizards could thing of doing a new edition all on their own :\

I think it has to do with the boring and predictible books that Wizards is making. Class books, race books, enviroment books......

Whassname, head of the D&D product line said that no 4th edition is forthcoming any time soon, and that we will probably have at least a year (probably two) of notice should they decide to release one. Go run a search on the Wizards forums for the thread in which this was posted.

And stop invoking the apocalypse.

It's cyclical here on ENWorld. About every 6-10 weeks it comes up.

I've seen so many threads and speculated so much myslef, that I'm amazed I even looked at this thread.

Possibly, although the books they've been making ave been excellent IMO, so perhaps not. It's jsut been a while, and people are starting to worry...

The qualtiy is good, but when's the last time we had any sort of buzz about a new Wizards book? Book of Vile Darkness and Eborann are really the only two in the past few years (aside from 3.5) that we really saw buzz about. With no buzz, people look for the next new edition since that is buzz worthy.
