4 armed hound archon monk

Hello guys, I'm making a 4 armed hound archon pc with levels in monk, but I have a few questions. First lets say I give him a pair of gauntlents of ogre strength +3, would they only give the bonus on the 2 arms they are on or all the arms? If not Ill just get him another pair of them. Secondly, his new full attack would be using 4 slams, so as a standard action can he use 2 slams? Also does having 4 arms provide any other bonuses or penalties on skill checks? (I will definitely be giving him the multiattack feat then the improved multiattack feat)

I'm not sure there are exact rules for this, but I think its simple enough to play by ear. I'd say that the strength bonus only applies to those hands on which the gauntlets are actually worn. After all they are listed as 'gauntlets', not a 'gauntlet'. Does it list any "extra arm" bonuses in the stats for a hound archon? If I were you I'd give it a +4 bonus in all grappling checks, or allow it to an additional free slam attack whilst grappling an opponent. Other than I say apply bonuses where it makes sense to.

Guantlets of Strength don't come in +3's. Only evens.
Second, yes, it applies to all arms, legs, etc. The Gauntlets are just placeholders. It applies to whole body.

Unless, those extra arms allows extra attacks on a standard action (can't recall that is possible except on Hydras): you only get 1 slam.

Starbuck_II is correct on all counts.

I'll just add a reminder that slams are not the same thing as unarmed strikes. You'll actually have more attacks if you don't flurry than if you do, so you might want to consider an alternate class feature or substitution level that gets rid of flurry of blows for your monk.
