Note that Uganon is now standing on top of a 15' wall. U10 is on the ground, and you can't hit him from there without a reach weapon. U11 is on the wall, and you can hit him from there.

1) One, I think. At least one; this is the 3rd combat encounter, and I can't remember if there were 1 or 2 skill challenges.

2) Doesn't matter, since you're level 21, you get 3/day daily magic item powers even before milestones.

So, go ahead.
