D&D 4E 4E Dragonborn: What Do We Know About Them?

I have a feeling the races (at least in the PHB) are more likely to be one good physical and one good mental.

Considering one of things mentioned was to make dwarves a good choice for cleric(stat-wise), dwarves are probably con/wis. I think all the elvish races are dex + X, making eladrin dex + int. Halflings are probably dex as well, paired with maybe charisma(since they're merchantish types). I can't think of any different stat modifiers for tieflings than for halflings, unfortunately.

Sounds more likely, but I reckon that DB will have Cha not Int
And 1/2elf will have maybe Dex so it is at least a little different from a human..maybe not tho

Dragonborn: +2 Str/+2 Int (very possible but dragon are very wise too, so could be +2Wis)
Tiefling: +2 Con/+2 Cha (not confirmed but I can't see anything else for it)
Half-elf: +1 Dex/+1 Wis (an easy deduction)
Human: no abil. mod. (already confirmed)
