Tyron tries to summon mighty fey magic, but his luck fails him... Perhaps it is still enough to distract the goblin... he thinks, before he retreats to the protective circle.

ooc: that "sacred circle" gives +1 to hit. So, uh, it's not really going to make a difference in terms of you living. I assume you're going to move some sort of weird way to get that 3 movement to trigger conceal.

Tyron's vision becomes a reality.

Crazed and instantiate Irontooth charges after the ranger [move: 5s se | standard:charge se w3]. Iridian can hear the goblin grunting and hissing as he comes up from behind. The last sound the eldadrin hears is the whooshing of an axe and then... blackness [DAM 12].

Tyron sees the Wyrmpriest pop its head out from the northern cave entrance, and hears high piched shrieking as it lobs a blast of fire at him [4DAM]. It then ducks back [shifty].

A moment later the Dragonshield and the Ambusher rush through the waterfall; neither is close enough to reach the warlock this turn.


Brock stirs on the ground, struggling to return to his feet through shear mulishness. [Save: Nat 20]

A white hot fire seems to burn over Adain's body a moment later the cleric's body rises off of the ground, and he lands gently on his feet. [Save: Nat 20]

Distracted and pursuing you none of the kobolds have noticed these events.

Iridian lays bleeding and unconscious on the ground [Save:Fail]

Tyron's readies himself to perform what may be his last act on Eberron.

The badly wounded Ambusher rushes south, going to ground behind the trees.

The Wyrmpriest launches a blast of fire at Tyron through the intervening tree trunks [5 fire DAM].

The Dragonshield charges the warlock [MISS].

Screaming and howling Irontooth bounds through the trees, across the river and barrels into Tyron [16 DAM]. The brave warlock is dead before he hits the ground...

ooc: Iridian is out of sight. You don't know where he is exactly but...

Brock can't really make out any hints of where Iridian might be [Perception:13], but you remember he was in the southern part of the caves last you saw him, if the fight went poorly (and it looks like it did) then he might have retreated out of the southern entrance.

Tyron, of course, was up north last you saw him. And the battered Adain is standing nearby, his coat of shimmering silver flames slowly dissipating.

Adain, filled with the fury of the Flame, waves Brock away. We need to catch our breaths, to bring the fury of the Flame down. Try a corner in the north to lurk, I will attend to Iridian and do the same in the south. Knowing that Iridian is near, Adain hustles while keeping out of sight the best he can and treats the ranger's wounds.

OOC: Run to the corner NE of the ranger (Adain knows he was down here before he fell). Heal: 8
