D&D 4E 4E Elistraee

IMC, Eilistraee is now the Maiden of the Moon in the Feywild (cf Manual of the Planes). I think she makes for an interesting archfey... and I always have her in reserve if I ever remake 1E's D1-D3, Q1 series for FR4E.

I can't say I shed a tear when she was killed off to be honest. I didn't mind much of the shake up in the Gods actually in 4E. Where they haven't explained things it's been decent. It's when they try to explain why things happened that it frequently causes massive face palming.

Truthfully, I see little reason to have all these drow gods. One (Lolth) works just fine. I think it's less interesting if there's a good drow goddess just waiting for good worshippers. Let your drow characters be on the run, knowing a god is against you and there's no natural drow god to have your back.
