D&D 4E 4e How to do Epic Destiny: 'Chosen of Mielikki'?

There doesn't seem to be an official 4e Forgotten Realms Chosen of Mielikki Epic Destiny, but one of my players' PCs looks like a shoe-in should she survive to 21st level. The fluff from the 'Green Regent' 3e Living FR campaign is also coming in; the PC might become the first Green Regent of the Gray Vale since the Spellplague.
What do you think is the best way to model this Epic Destiny? The two possibilities I've come up with are Chosen of Silvanus, or else the basic Demigod ED. Is there a better/more suitable published ED, though?

Aren't Chosen all demigods but with varying utility powers at 26th?

In any event, Chosen of Silvanus would seem reasonable. Avatar of Life in Divine Power might also fit.

Thanks Mr P. It's a Martial (Archer Ranger) PC, but I'll check out Avatar of Life. Per FRCG Chosen use Demigod with a different level 26 utility, yup. It doesn't necessarily seem the most appropriate ED, though, the Demigod fluff is kinda Nietzschean which is the opposite of what I'm going for.
