[4e][Paragon] Kombat Kraziness (closed)

If Belkar wasn't able to get in melee range N'H, I'm fine with my square :)
If it was possible, Belkar would have tried to Twin Strike him.

Is it possible for Belkar to use Yield Ground? With it, he an shift 2 squres adjacent to N'H and gets a +2 to all defenses for this round.
That would also defend against the domination attampt.

If it isn't possible, I await the commands of my new tentacled overlord ;)
As (some people) say in my current country of residence.
Can lah.

So Belkar avoids domination for a second consecutive round.

(Though he is dazed. Enworld's being difficult about letting me post that update.....)

I'm going to be completely swamped for the next 24 hours.
So no updates.

Don't rush to post if you'd prefer to talk strategy, etc.

I think I can get Gerold to J7 with a move and a charge, but thats only a basic attack. man this mucus is annoying!
what are the rules for running up the front of a (ramp shaped) aboleth and jumping over the mucus? can I use this to charge?

your the second person to ask about that. It's an aura called mucus haze you can't "jump it". There are probably a few ways around it (teleportation effects, whatever free movement exists in 4e, maybe there's some power that cancels auras)

The mucus might be extending 5 squares up too, like some sort of aero-gel. But that sort of trick might fall under the rules for Acrobatic Stunts.

If you don't mind delaying a bit, Jack and Lasra could use Sacred Flame spam to hopefully undaze and unslow people. But if you can charge anyway, I think priority should go Belkar and Darrak. As long as you can get into position to start blocking that portal, then it's probably good enough.

We really need Belkar and our long ranged characters to work on that staff - 2 new foes a round will be huge problem for us.

I was thinking of spending an AP to fire more Sacred Flames now, depending on how the first attack goes. We have a lot of conditions to remove.

We've put some nice damage on slime mage B too. I plan on advancing to O 12 so it'll be within range next round. If I'm going to have fire off lots of Sacred Flame for new saves, it might as well be on an enemy we want to kill, instead of one that we want to throw away.

okay gerold is slowed so no attack possible,
with each square costing 3, he can move 2 squares at a run, which won't get him to the gate. Gerold will use iron warrior for his own save & healing
bother.
I think Gerold should have priority over darrak, who can at least attack each round. (he may disagree, as it leaves him more vulnerable to dominations)

Hey Graf, in the case you didn't read my sig:

I'm from july 25 to beginning august on vacation!

See you all next week :)

Belkar will try to stck to N'H and attack the staff if you need to NPC me.

Use my dailies only if it is the only chance to prevent dying.

(Tyron in the other game will just use his regular tactic: Shadowwalk and Eyebit+Curse)

Besides the domination issue, I was also worried about the daze preventing interrupt type actions.

But you definitely have priority over the dwarf now, since he saved on his own. :)
