I need advice on this plan.
Starwinds moves forward & attacks - gives +2 to glib
torment delays until after glib
other PCs delay?
Glib moves up close to torment and uses knockdown power
if he hits Torment readies KD power for the dragon to try and fly away, on a miss Torment uses his power.
If the dragon falls all delayed characters move and attack.

It might work but I don't think we can finish him now, even with 2 rounds (best case) of attacks.

Pros? Cons?

That was sorta my plan. The ideal thing would be if Torment moved in the grass so that Glib could do adjacent to him and fall prone to hide, hopefully beating the Dragon's perception, meaning a +4 to hit; having another +2 would be nice.
Knockdown seems our best bet, since, if it'll hit, the dragon will fall prone, and will continue to fall prone if it ever moves more than half its speed. Once we've surrounded it, it should get difficult to get away.
The problem is, the power is worth nothing if it misses, so I'm trying to set up the most favorable situation (also knowing my bad luck...)

The problem is if Torment moves and Glib does hit than torment can't change his action, readying to stop the dragons movement.

IMO the damage isn't terribly important, if that's why you're concerned about CA. Making the power hit and bring it down is important.

It's also worth noting that the web is still around, and if Tharos can line the shot up right, he can push the dragon down into it with thunderwave. It won't hold it for long, but even one round would help...
