OOC: What's this!? I thought we're having a pause? I go on an tour and I return finding zombie apocalypse waiting!


True to his training, Quentin reacts quickly. He grabs the trident, big weapon that is never far from him and for which he endures jibes anywhere he goes. But now it will finally pay off - he's ready! He still misses his shield, but at least he is properly armed. He takes some short time to asses the tactical situation.

The Academy/Near Combat School

Asherah put down her ale as she heard some commotion outside. She got up with many of the others in the tavern to see what it was about and was surprised to see zombies shuffling down the street and attacking!

“To arms!” Asherah yelled to the others, grabbing up her flail and pulling the dagger from her waist. She spoke the command and the dagger lengthened into a spear. The spear flared to life with fire, and she spoke another word and the flail burst into cold blue flames as well.

“Anyone not fighting, stay inside,” she told the patrons.

"Really, mage? Lettings zombies out in the public? Careless much?" Quentin doesn't waste much time in discussion, he holds his trident across his body in both hands and charges after the undead, hitting them from behind and pushing them closer together.

OOC: The idea is to get them all in as small area as possible for our casters to blast. Plus, maybe they'll interfere with one another. Attack from behind, keep running.

Yes, we have very mature and 'be prepared' type of casters :)

OOC: Asherah has all of hers. Though I now realize at L1 she doesn't have Turn Undead yet!
Good think you don't or we would have to chase them all over the place :p . Let's just destroy them. The cost of it should be good lesson to that sorcerers apprentice ;)

OOC: Hey I'm mature! I saved all my... cantrips... Yeah, for just such an occasion! :) I wonder if making a minor illusion of a barrel to hide in would work against zombies?
