don't see it mentioned, but there are 14 officially published armors, in print, in 5e. You're forgetting two armors...both spiked and silk. If its useful, here's a modified chapter 5 of the PHB which includes both, and the sources (go to page 5). Chapter 5: Equipment

I didn't include spiked armor because IIRC it's specific to Battlerager Barbarians. I did miss Pride Silk Outfit, because I am not familiar with the EGtW, despite owning the book. My bad!
