The wood elves' patron appears in the 1e Deities & Demigods, not the Realms. He's titled "The Leaflord" and he "is often likened by his clerics to a giant ethereal oak tree so huge that its roots mingle with the roots of every other plant in the world."
Not so fortunately, his illustration is:
