A DM by any other name

4E, Savage Worlds, and I'm sure many others, are very, very easy to DM/GM. If you can run multiple creatures at once, and you can make decisions with confidence, you can DM. Because pre-made adventures exist, and many players are happy to just do the most obvious thing, a DM doesn't even need to be creative. Great DMs are creative and able to think up amazing twists on the fly and to deal with super complex non-combat issues and etc etc etc, but being great isn't required to have a fun game and a happy group.
