I bet Patrick Stewart would throw down a pretty righteous paladin.
My stock answer has been taken :(

Stephen Colbert would also make an interesting paladin (at least when he's in-character), but I would also pay to see him as a bard. Now there's a cat who would actually SING when his class features came into play.

Michael Dorn spent years playing a Barbarian/Paladin, for all intents and purposes, showing yet another inherent weakness of the alignment system :P I would love to see him (in-character as Worf) play a rogue. If only because his desire to optimize combat would clash so hard with his honor.

Robin Williams: Beguiler
James Caan: Fighter/Assassin
Gary Oldman: Fallen Paladin/Black Guard/Assassin
Steven Segal: Monk
Tom Selleck: Ranger
Mel Gibson: Barbarian/Fighter/Sage
Brad Pitt: Swashbuckler/Rogue
Orlando Bloom: Elven Archer Ranger
Patrick Stewart: Paladin/wizard
William Shatner: Fighter/Rogue
Leonard Nimoy: Artificer
Ian McCallum: Wizard/Arch-Mage

Yes, many other to come and others echoed my opinions as well.

Wayne Brady - Bard
Drew Carey - Cleric/Monk (thinking Friar Tuck)
Colin Mochrie - Jester
Ryan Stiles - Barbarian
Kathy Greenwood - Sorceress
Greg Proops - Wizard
Brad Sherwood - Ranger
Kathy Kinney - Cleric
Craig Ferguson - Sorceror
