A few rules/logic questions.

* Do you find the Dhampyr Quickling Druid = Speed 9 exploit bad or just weird?

I did read the race and class descriptions and it would be weird indeed for a quickling to have a speed of 9 and for this to be considered an exploit. Quicklings have a speed of 12. Perhaps you meant some other race.

As I read the rules, the target can choose to make a save and avoid being pushed over the edge.

It is cast as an reaction to the situation and I see it as such.

And for that reason, I would not allow a save to avoid being pushed over for an unconscious creature (in the absence of a more clear rule stating otherwise).

And Warforged are clearly not unkillable. I've even died as one. They simply cannot die by failing a death saving throw. Absolutely not the same as unkillable and I don't see any reason to change anything about it.

* What's your house rule to keep Barbarian Warforged from being unkillable. I'm sure the final version will fix the issue, but I'm just looking for a quick work around.

Is this about Deathless Frenzy? No house rule is needed. A warforged, like any other character, is killed outright if he takes a number of hit points of damage below zero equal to his bloodied value.

It's far more likely that his enemies will keep hitting him until he dies if the warforged is actively attacking than if he is lying unconscious on the ground. Thus, a warforged Frenzied Berserker not only can be killed, he is more likely to be killed than most other warforged.
