A low-level characther meets A Celestial Lord

How can a low-level character meets a celestial lord? (For example a level 1 wizard meets Erathaol the Seer!)

1. Go to Venya, 3rd Heaven of Mount Celestia. This is probably the hardest part, as it requires proving yourself in various tests of virtue.

2. Make an appointment with one of the hound archon interns working for a warden archon undersecretary of Erathaol's throne archon minister.

3. Wait until Erathaol has some free time in his schedule.

Wow! You some like a bussiness intern! Thanks Ripzerai! :)

I think they probably shouldn't.

It sounds a bit like FR (in a bad way). The Celestial Lord might say they have destiny or something, and then go away and leave them alone for several levels when they're tough enough to solve a few problems for it.

Seriously, even if the Celestial Lord were forbidden from visiting the Prime for more than three minutes at a time, I don't see why the Lord wouldn't visit some worthier adventurers. (They charge too much? The shock and horrow. :D )

I agree (mostly) with this. Erath would not be on a prime material plane unless...well...I can't think of a reason. You have to kinda understand the nature of the planes, and their relation to infinite material planes. It would be comparable to forgetting your wallet at a taquito cart in llano texas and having bill gates (who happened to be standing next in line for absolutely no reason) spot you $5.

You can't just have some high level good guy save his life, why does it have to be an arch angel?

Oh, I don't know. Gandalf, being his pushy, inquisitive self, makes his friend Bilbo go on this big quest involving dragons, elves, and trolls...

He even comes back and recruits this annoying Frodo fellow some time later about some silly Ring...

Most organisations are headed by a powerful individual or group. Maybe this seer fellow takes an interest in an apprentice and wants to see how this young fellow does; pushing him out the door so to speak.

There's multitudes of reasons why this seer would want to interfere with this wizard.

Wizard wants to speak to Seer with nothing more than a description from a book? Time for a plane shift spell and a number of tests of virtue and justice, then.

Perfectly good adventure on it's own, even.
