I finaly found a program I can use and have converted a map I drew by hand.

What program is it? Those mountain and tree symbols remind me of some other program, but I'm not sure which. Fractal Mapper maybe.

Looks like CC2 but could be the cut down versions Campaign Mapper that was in the 2ed core book CD.
 

It's auto realm.

The snow is meant to be at the top, it isn't just flat, it should be at 0 degrees latitude(?), the north pole.
