The different types of HP damage inspired me to post this, which I have been sitting on for a while. I got the idea from various roguelikes, and it's like this. AC is split into two armor values, DV and PV. DV represents how well you can dodge, avoid, and soften blows with your speed and dexterity. PV would be your toughness, constitution and how much armor you're wearing. Natural and normal armor would affect your PV, and dexterity and light or no armor would increase your DV. I'm not that experienced so I can't give any numbers, but if anyone else would like to try...
