A (possibly obvious) post about BAB

If you multiclass a few times before level 7, ie Cleric 2/fighter 4/ blackguard 2, and your BAB exceeds +6 but no class explicitly gives you a second attack, does your BAB become +6/+1? I was arguing with someone over RAW last night, and we couldn't find a ruling on it.

Side note, I am making a wizard 3/ Sor 2/ Ultimate Magus 10, and was wondering if UM levels stack with the increase in CL they give for each class? like with that full build, i'll have an effective caster level of wizard 12 (16 with spell power), Sorcerer 12 (16 with spell power), but to determine the full caster level, would i add my ultimate magus levels to that? just ooc.

Yes, if I understand your question. You add the UM level(s) to the CL as if you gained a level in the original class.
The question I have for you is if you have any feats, such as Practiced Spellcaster which increase your Sorc or Wiz levels. Otherwise, your UM levels would not be Wiz 12 and Sorc 12 since at 1st, 4th and 7th you gain only a level of casting in one of the classes (the lower).
So a Wiz 3/Sor 2/ UM 10 would be for each level of UM:
1 W3/S3
2 W4/S4
3 W5/S5
4 W6/S5 (presuming you favor Wiz side)
5 W7/S6
6 W8/S7
7 W8/S8
8 W9/S9
9 W10/S10
10 W11/S11

With Practiced Spellcaster (Sor) (+4 to caster level) before you gain UM, you can increase your Wiz side to max (presuming a 'new' build and that you haven't worked through those levels already).
1 W4/S2
2 W5/S3
3 W6/S4
4 W7/S4
5 W8/S5
6 W9/S6
7 W10/S6
8 W11/S7
9 W12/S8
10 W13/S9

This gives you more punch via higher level Wiz spells and you can use your Sorc side to augment your spells.
