A really stupid question

Okay, it's entirely possible that I'm just being blind and/or stupid...

But I can't for the life of me figure out how to find the ESDs. I remember there was some issue about somebody else handling them, but I figured the WotC website would at least have a link or something.

So am I just oblivious? And can someone point me in the right direction, be it on WotC's website or elsewhere?
