A request for a custom epic spell that grants eternal youth

I am looking for a spell that grants:

- Youth (appearance from 12 to 35 - caster's choice, health and strength in the prime of life, mental faculties in the prime of life, etc.)
- Immunity to normal aging
- Immunity to magical aging
- Immunity to diseases related to aging or due to the chances of luck after the passing of enough time
- All of the above effects to last forever (barring the usual ways to dispel an epic spell)

This spell must not cause damage to the caster (thus that mitigating factor is ruled out of the spell creation)

Can this spell be created?
I welcome different approaches to creating this spell.

I believe you do not need a spell but rather a map to a certain fountain attributed to Ponce de Leon.

P.S., I don't think the last IR went up to a thousand worlds, but Phibrizzo managed to off a few hundred (low-magic ones) , and I think the God-Emporer got about a hundred into his league, correct me if I'm wrong.

You may be right. I don't remember wether the exact number was ever determined by Edena. I do know that we conquered and subverted worlds at an extremely high rate. At that point in the IR (late t6, t7) the focus of the action in the game as a whole lay elsewhere. With the rules-change in turn 7 matters of territory became nearly immaterial. Counting the effect they had in the game your conquests mattered far more than mine.
