A small, yet challenging request

If it is be possible, I would like to request an art, which I intend to use during my next Eberron adventure
Location: a city park, Skysedge Park in Sharn, City of Towers would be the best.
Action: Half-orc druid (possibly gatekeeper sect) tries to cast a spell (Entangle) to catch a young human (female, heir of house Vadalis, lightly wounded?) riding on a magnificient steed (Valenar riding horse), that stumbles (?).
Focus: the horse
Notes: as dynamic as possible, but no as flashy as hollywood action films scenes
