Well, from the upcoming Deathknell set, yes. It's the uncommon Dragonblade Ninja.

by "use that" as in base character off of, no. But to "use that" as in have it represent a character they have then yes.

Yes, the second. Not "have a ninja character", but use it to represent their existing character.

Regardless of the fact that their current character is a fat hobbit with levels in cleric and foodtaster...
