I remember seeing somewhere a material that could be woven into one's garments to gain a bonus relating to either charisma checks, or possibly to enhance casting of illusions or enchantments, but I can for the life of me find it (or remember exactly what it does). If anyone can think of something close to what I've described, please let me know.
