Can't say I'm a huge samuraiophile myself, but this does seem like a boring, ill-conceived class and it's pretty likely that it won't satisfy the people who do care about having a cool samurai class.
I'm still wondering where all that fear junk came from. Does the book actually explain its motives beyond "samurai are scary"?
