Celestial Resistance is different (of course WotC wouldn't give them acid resistance). And cantrip and the first spell are different in the Celestial Legacy.

Statistically, there are only a few differences. Resistance is necrotic and radiant, and the first two spells are light and lesser restoration (daylight is still the third spell).

I haven't compared the fluff, but I'll note that the DMG version doesn't mention any tendency towards lawfulness under alignment.
