I actually feel like lightning would be the most appropriate damage resistance. Just as fire is associated with hell and brimstone, lightning is associated with divine judgement and the heavens. Oh, and I'd call Celestial Legacy Supernal Legacy. It just sounds more evocative to me, and better mirrors Infernal Legacy.
