Ability scores of a (Quasi-)God

I found something. They get a standard array of 35, 28, 25, 24, 24, 24, adjusted by race if appropriate, and 1 additional point per 4 class levels, and another 1 point per divine rank.

How newly ascended characters are handled is up to the DM: he yould either make the array a recommandation for ascension or a bonus if you ascend.

That formula (even though Skip said it) seems to only work for the D&D pantheon, IIRC. It doesnt work for the Pharonic deities for example.

The formula that works for most all of the other gods is 24 (base) + 21 points (randomly assigned) + divine rank (randomly assigned) + ability score points for class levels.

Note that even though each score has a base of 24, you can lower the score below that and just add an equal number of points elsewhere (for example, if I have a deity with a Dex of 24 and I lower it to 22, then I add the two points I removed to some other score(s)).

Scott: That formula isn't spot on for most other deities in DDG either, though. It's uniformly to high by 5 points for the entire D&D pantheon, and off by varying amounts for almost every other deity in the book.
