Thanks for the comments, everyone.

To move forward on this, I think it's just a matter of adventure writers making a note in their adventures that the quest-completers get the achievement.

If players then want to make a note of it on their character sheet and/or bring it up in conversation, that'll be fine.

That should take care of the concerns about bookkeeping and game balance, I think.

I think this fits the spirit of the community doing stuff together.
