No. (Standard caveat-unless you're hasted.) Activating a magic item is a standard action (see PH pages 122 and 126). Under normal circumstances, the only other action you could take would be a normal move or a move-equivalent action (eg. fishing the potion out of your pocket). An attack is also a standard action, and you only get one standard action per round.
 

Ok, so, can I move my full move after drinking a potion?

if yes, how come i have the time to move 30' without having the time to slash once?

Yes. You can move while drinking, but not attack - your hands and concentration aren't free.

You can slash once, or even twice, but you don't have the time to make any meaningful assault on your enemy's defenses. An attack roll in D&D represents many swings, dodges and feints, all abstracted into one die roll.
