Would you? You'd use side tables the 'help' could sit at. The PC's player would act as a sort of assistant DM when dealing with his henchman and hirelings.

This would certainly take up more space than a standard game, which is one reason you'd want to hold it at a convention or similar venue.

Then again, I once ran a Traveller game for 16 people. Game festival tournament. Fellow who was supposed to run it had nothing ready, so I got drafted. Other than playing in a few adventures I knew nothing about the game. He assisted, I ran the adventure, and everybody had a good time. (Nothing like a prize to focus your attention. :lol: )
