[SBLOCK=OOC]Incarnation is tied up to both hands and feet, and they made is solid, giving two conditions: Prone and Clumsy and he cannot stands up. A note, penalty from both condition doesn't stack for this situation.
Also, after 1 success, the Clumsy condition will be off, but you will still be Prone and cannot Stand Up.
For the light condition, we are at dawn, so every square have Dim Light.
Inside the house, the light come from candles, so dim light there too. Also, the person who lived there live with minimal furniture and accessories, so there is no movement penalty and no cover from the furniture of the house. Also, the windows are small and very high, so assume they cannot be use to act through it whiel in combat.
For people who are not familiar with the above condition:

Clumsy said:Some creatures are clumsy while using a specific movement mode (noted next to that mode in the creature’s stat block), and others are clumsy while on the ground (noted next to the creature’s speed). While a creature is clumsy, it takes a -4 penalty to attack rolls and all defenses.
[/SBLOCK]Prone said:When a creature is prone, it is lying down. If the creature is climbing or flying when it is knocked prone, it falls instead. A prone creature takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls, and the only way it can move is by crawling, teleporting, or being pulled, pushed, or slid. In addition, it grants combat advantage to enemies making melee attacks against it, but it gains a +2 bonus to all defenses against ranged attacks from enemies that aren’t adjacent to it. A creature can end this condition on itself by standing up. A creature can drop prone as a minor action.
