I kinda love this.
I've done art projects like this where I use books page for page as artistic inspiration.
Although I like to handwrite the page text, this ink washing of the text blocks as in interesting take.

I saw someone explain it on Twitter...

...apparently painting's about a bunch of things if you break it down, line, form, color, perspective, shape, texture, composition, there are others.

All those 20th-century people would focus on just one of those. Rothko tried to suggest as much as he could with just color, for instance.

I still like the old stuff better.
