That parrying dagger is frightening. As the dagger, but it is a superior weapon and also grants +1 to AC and has the Brutal Property! Sign me up for that!
Not to mention since it is considered a dagger, all the Rogue and DaggerMaster paragon abilities apply to it! Whee!

Also, being a "superior weapon" isn't an advantage — it's a drawback, the price you pay for that +1 to AC.
